I gave a single dose of Tuberculinum 1M with placebo for one month. Next month his father brought him to my clinic I found great change of health. His father reported though eats well as before he was not healthy but this time his bowel is clear eats well, sleeps well and his joints pain reduced to a very extent. I kept him for six months on placebo only and slowly he was completely ok. Not only this his activity also changed taking interest in the study became meek and humble. Now his anger subsided and don't break any costly thing, don't beat mother. 

Follow up:

After one year I asked his father to get a pathological test of A.S.O.titer. The result came less than 200IU. Since then he remained well 6 years passed but no relapses. He passed the matriculation examination in 1rst division.
